Returns/Refunds

Any return or refund requests needs to be reported to us within 14 working days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within it's original packaging. 

Simply Wax JS will not be liable for the return postage if a change of mind occurs, this will be the responsibility of the buyer. Once the item/s are returned and have been checked, your refund (minus postage) will be submitted and you should receive it within 3-5 working days. 

In the event you have not received your refund within this time, please contact us on sales@simplywaxjs.co.uk and we will review this for you. 

Items excluded from the refund policy:

Sale items are excluded from refunds, only full price items can be refunded. 

Items received for free through competitions or website offers will be excluded from the refund policy and will be unable to refunded.
