Shipping & Delivery

Please understand delivery times can vary based on your address and the shipping method you have chosen. 

Depending on the size of the order will depend on the carrier we will use to deliver your goods. Anything under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail and anything over 2kg will be sent via courier. 

Currently we can only ship to Mainland UK and the prices are as follows:

Retail:

Priority 1-2 days is £4.99 
Standard 3-5 days is £3.50
Any orders over £30 will receive free delivery. 

Trade:

£15 for orders up until £299.99
Free postage for orders over £300.00

The above timings are estimated guidelines and are from date of dispatch NOT date of order, and we cannot be held responsible for delays to your parcel in transit. 

Usually parcel companies both courier and Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your parcel to a neighbour and leave a card in the event you are out when they call. Please check the information on the card left and check with your neighbours before contacting us regarding your parcel.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel has been sent via Royal Mail, please allow 10 working days for it to be delivered. Unfortunately in our experience Royal Mail are still suffering with some delays following Covid-19. 

Upon informing us of a lost/delayed parcel we will contact the carrier and review the situation. We may need to begin the claim process with the carrier prior to offering you a refund/replacement. 

Damaged Parcels

Damaged parcels or missing items need to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We may require you to return the item to us in order for us to replace, if the item has been used then we may not be able to replace or refund the item.
